Most Judaica Artory pieces are made to order especially for you. Please review the information below before purchasing.
Shipping
Products may be made by different fulfillment partners, so items from the same order can arrive in separate packages. Tracking is provided as each package ships.
United States
- Standard shipping is $6 for the first item and $4 for each additional item.
- Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, although production and carrier times may vary during busy periods.
Canada
- Shipping is $15.99 per item because products may be produced and shipped separately.
- Most Canadian orders arrive within 10–30 business days after fulfillment. Customs or carrier delays can extend delivery times.
- Duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and other import fees are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size or color selection, or an order placed in error. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
We will review the information and work with you on an appropriate replacement or resolution.
Lost Packages
If tracking suggests that your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate next step.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be assessed customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges by the destination country. These charges are determined and collected by local authorities or the carrier and are not included in your Judaica Artory checkout total.
If a package is refused because import charges are not paid, it may be returned, held, or abandoned by the carrier. Made-to-order items refused for unpaid import charges are not eligible for a refund.
