We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We can make international orders possible through custom arrangements so please reach out through the contact form if you would like to order internationally.

United States Orders:
$6 flat-rate shipping.

Canada Orders
$12 flat-rate shipping.
Shipping Time (Canada): Standard international delivery generally takes 10 to 30 business days due to standard customs processing times at the border. Tracking: We will email you a tracking number the moment your package ships so you can follow its progress.
Please note: For orders shipping to Canada, any local customs duties or import taxes are determined by border services and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you have any questions about your delivery or need help with an order, please feel free to send us a message through our contact page!
Returns & Exchanges
Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for: change of mind, incorrect size or color selections, orders placed in error. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
-Your order number
-A description of the issue
-Clear photos showing the problem
we will work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

International Orders: Customs, Duties, & Taxes
FAQ
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
International shipments crossing country borders (including shipments from the US to Canada) may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees mandated by your country’s government. These charges are determined entirely by your local customs office and are collected by the postal carrier upon delivery.
Are these fees included in my checkout total?
No. Our store charges exclusively for the product retail cost and the base transportation shipping fee. Any additional customs clearing fees or local import taxes applied at the border are the sole responsibility of the buyer
Why wasn’t sales tax added to my cart
As a US-based boutique, we are legally unauthorized to collect international retail sales tax at checkout. Your order leaves our facility tax-free, but local import authorities may evaluate standard taxes upon arrival in your province or region.
What happens if I refuse to pay the customs fee?
If a package is rejected at customs because a buyer refuses to pay the localized import fees, the package will be abandoned by the carrier. Because our items are custom printed on demand, we are unable to issue refunds for orders abandoned due to unpaid customs duties.
